Rebekah and Joshua's engagement shoot at Manawatu River was a dream come true. The riverbank offered an ideal backdrop for their Sunday Session. Their adorable puppy Gigi brought even more cuteness to the shoot with her playful energy, living her best life in the muddy puddles and river.

1, 2, 3….Shuuuush. Part 1 of the Kuripuni Sports Bar & Tab remix @rose_and_smith for Sophie and Romans west side story. With about half the guest in the bridal party, Ranuis finest and the Wah wahs bringing home the W we wrapped up this past weekend with bloody beeeeeauty of a wedding day. Ooophf it’s been a bit of season so far and this old boy has a bit of a backlog of juicy wedding content, the old social media is a spicy beast.
Beaut of a day down in Wairarapa for local yummy honeys Alice & Josh in Kahutara. Some great chat with the friends and fam, brother Sam on the tools serving the bubbles and Dad dusting off the orange station wagon, their was no hands in pockets.
Working alongside the talents and a couple of my faves @sinkorsurface and @suzettemayflorist this was a helluva a day. Nice hard working people who like to have a good time, my guys

Rewind 2022
The Best Days Ever
A little look back at the 2022 wedding season that was. Jam packed with some stunning scenery, unique style and so many good times.
Another year of 40+ weddings - that’s not tricking the figures with little elopements or 2-3hr gigs. That’s full days on the tools, all shot and edited with all of the little inbetweens done by this one man band. Weddings took me all over New Zealand from Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Hawke’s Bay, Wairarapa, Manawatu, Wellington and I even shot down to Queenstown to end the year.
I got to hit some of my favourite venues in New Zealand, from Orlando Country, Rose & Smith, Old Forest School and plenty of marquee goodness.
2022 threw a lot of different things at everyone, from Tiktok weirdness, vibe checks so people could do out the gate things, young whipper snappers calling people gatekeepers when they don’t want to put in the hard mahi and people taking out of focus blurry photos on film to be cool.
2023 is another hectic year with another 40+ weddings already lined up in the books. I’m looking forward to the same choice like minded normal people who keep getting me on board for the big dance.

Bit of a whirlwind end to December like always. With a couple of early morning flights via QT > Chch > Wgtn then a little tiki tour over the Remutaka Hill to get to Losi & Aidan’s wedding @tarurekaestate
The team tried as hard as they could to have the wedding outside but as we have been through all of 2022, the rain came pouring down. Even with the rain it was a super hot and humid day but that didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits. With a quick transition of the loft from reception set up to ceremony set and back again by Beth, the team @crescendocuisine and @bloomwoodflowerdesign

Oh my gosh. I’m still buzzing from the epic night of sport this weekend but I’m also buzzing that I get to share some snaps from Emma & Matt’s wedding at @backpaddocklakes
