Lauren and Luke's winter wedding at Rose & Smith at Tauherenikau was stunning. The rich winter tones set up at the venue and heartfelt ceremony filled with love and laughter created the perfect winter wedding in the heart of the Wairarapa. The candlelit ceremony and reception areas and lush settings set the scene for an unforgettable night of dancing. It was a beautiful celebration check out the small snippet of their day below.

With about half the guest in the bridal party, Ranuis finest and the Wah wahs bringing home the W we wrapped up this past weekend with bloody beeeeeauty of a wedding day. A bit of a spicy one in inner city Wellington for Rochelle & Sam’s wedding at Prefab Hall. Bright florals by Twig & Arrow, walk and fork catering by the slick crew at Nosh and The Cocktail Society keeping everyone hydrated with some lush bevies. And we even had Beauden Barrett link in via video to send his best wishes to Sam and apologies for not being able to accept his DM invite to be a groomsman.

Bit of a whirlwind end to December like always. With a couple of early morning flights via QT > Chch > Wgtn then a little tiki tour over the Remutaka Hill to get to Losi & Aidan’s wedding @tarurekaestate
The team tried as hard as they could to have the wedding outside but as we have been through all of 2022, the rain came pouring down. Even with the rain it was a super hot and humid day but that didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits. With a quick transition of the loft from reception set up to ceremony set and back again by Beth, the team @crescendocuisine and @bloomwoodflowerdesign

Starting to wind up my wedding season and what a better way than shooting with a bunch of my faves out at the always beautiful grounds of Rose & Smith. Was the last of our Stills and Motion collab weddings for winter with Sink or Surface, we had Suzette May whipping up some amazing floral installations and Paper Darling supplying beautiful signage pieces. Plenty of laughs, tears and some out the gate speeches that came out when William went off script with the MC duties and open the floor for people to speak.
