What a whirlwind of a week after shooting 3 events in 4 days and covering nearly 2000km on the road driving. The day before Dushka and Matt’s big day I ended up doing my back and couldn’t move or stand on my own power, fast forward 12 hours, plenty of painkillers later I got to capture one of my favourite weddings this year. Dashes of colour, plenty of yellow and the owner of the Tree Church venue in Turiturimuri Felicity (and mother of the bride) brining the energy and lols all day long.

What a difference a year makes. Winter has set in and I wound up my winter wedding season with the beautful wedding of Megan and Hayden at Brackenridge in Martinborough. So many personalised little touches and their two young boys involved all through the day. We headed off to Tuturumuri for the first look and photos in the Tree Church and managed to get it done avoiding the forecasted torrential rain and wind.
